Peterhead v Kelty Hearts match preview

Dec 11, 2025

Kelty Hearts are the visitors to Balmoor on Saturday in William Hill League One with a 3pm kick-off.

It’s been a difficult run for the Blue Toon of late, but after an encouraging showing against Championship side Ayr United in the KDM Trophy on Tuesday night, they will be looking to replicate that level of intensity against their league counterparts on Saturday.

Kelty Hearts currently occupy bottom spot in the league table, without a win in nine matches.

From Jamie McNee: “After a solid performance on Tuesday night away to a strong Championship side, although ultimately falling short, we’re feeling confident and raring to go again tomorrow (hopefully in our own kits this time!).

Back to league action and extremely motivated to end the weekend with 3 points and start looking up the table again.

The wind disrupted our last game against Kelty quite a bit and by all accounts tomorrow is to be very similar. However, as aforementioned, we are just off the back of a strong performance in which the wind was very much a factor so it simply cannot be a reason for a poor performance.

We have an incredibly healthy squad available with options all over the pitch and massive players ready to come from the bench”.
