Peterhead FC confirms that Goalkeeping Coach Barry Thompson will depart the club following the match against Alloa Athletic on Saturday, 6th December.
Since joining Balmoor in July 2022, Barry has contributed a considerable depth of goalkeeping expertise, organisational ability, and experience, all of which have been invaluable to the club’s young management team. His efforts have been integral during a significant transitional period for the club, supporting both Jordon and Ryan during their time as players before moving into management and playing a key role throughout the league-winning campaign.
The club extends its sincere gratitude to Barry for his professionalism and dedication, and we offer our very best wishes to him and his family for the future, both within football and beyond – they will always be warmly welcomed at Balmoor.
