Welcome to Balmoor Adam Carnwath
Attacking midfielder Adam joins on loan from Dundee United for the remainder of the season subject to SFA approval.
From Jordon Brown: “We have been really patient with our loan opportunities this season but we are really excited to get Adam on board for the rest of the season. We feel as we do with everyone we sign, in that he can add some real value and something different to the group. When we became aware of his availability and done some background on him we were keen to get it done as soon as possible so it is great it is now through and he will be in the squad tomorrow. He gives us a youthfulness, technical quality and some more competition in the attacking midfield areas behind the striker.
Having spoken to him, he is eager to get going. We hope it can be a win win for ourselves and Adam, we have had some real success with loan players from the Dundee clubs in recent times with the likes of Danny, Jack Wilkie, Flynn Duffy, Lyall Cameron and Josh Mulligan, and we fully believe that it can be a great step in Adam’s young career. He was making real strides and made his first team debut for Dundee United last season but unfortunately suffered a serious ankle break however that is now behind him, he’s had good minutes in tough games in the lowland league this season and we all look forward to seeing him on the pitch kicking on and contributing in a Peterhead shirt”.
We would like to thank Dundee United FC for their help in facilitating this loan deal for Adam to join Peterhead Football Club .
