Peterhead travel to Stenhousemuir on Tuesday evening with a kickoff time of 19:45 at Ochilview Park.
With the match rescheduled from mid-October due to the weather causing postponement, The Blue Toon make the midweek trip to Falkirk to fulfil the fixture.
After a 3-2 victory over Stranraer at Balmoor on Saturday, Peterhead’s winning streak extends to 6 matches in League 2. Stenhousemuir however will prove a tough test for Jordon and Ryan’s squad; with Tuesday evening’s hosts unbeaten in the league since August.
First team coach Jamie McNee shares his thoughts ahead of the midweek away fixture:
“The performance on Saturday isn’t the levels we aspire to achieve as a group; players and staff. But we cannot underestimate the importance on finding a way to win, especially on days like that. It’s a quick turnaround from then to Tuesday’s game but everybody is looking forward to it. The players have all recovered individually Sunday/Monday to make sure everybody’s fit and ready for a massive test.”
Stenhousemuir currently sit 3rd in League 2, 3 points behind Peterhead. A win for The Blue Toon would ensure a 5 point gap ahead of 2nd place Dumbarton however should the hosts prove victorious, they would go level on points with Peterhead.
