
The free weekly sessions are split between classroom based workshops and physical activity training. In the previous 10 FFIT programmes run by the club we have seen a combined weight loss of 106 stones 11lb (678kg) by a total of 103 people! Previous participants are welcome to participate again.
The main aims of the programme are to:
•Increase knowledge of diet & nutrition
•Improve lifestyle choices
•Increase physical activity amongst participants
•Reduce weight and waist measurements
•Increase engagement in other physical activity
FFIT Criteria
•Male aged Between 35 and 65
•Waist size of 36 inches (96.5cm) or more
