Alan Cook has undergone a scan on his knee that was injured in training recently. It is hoped that the problem is not as bad as first feared however manager Jim McInally is not including Alan in his plans for the near future.
Jim said: “Whilst there has been a scan carried out we are still waiting for the results to be fully assessed. Thankfully there is not any swelling on the knee now but Alan cannot train until we can a full review.”
“We have a lot of games to be played in a short space of time, and it would be great to have Alan involved in them, however I cannot think of a comeback date yet. He is still a big part of our squad and has been at the last few games whilst getting looked at by our physios.”
