Neale Cooper has signed Rangers midfielder Paul Emslie on loan until the end of the season. The 21 year old made his first team debut in 2007 and had a previous loan spell at Clyde. He also featured in the Rangers XI side that visited Balmoor for a pre-season friendly.
Paul has represented Scotland at both U19 and U20 level.
