Customer Charter
Peterhead Football Club recognises the special bond between the Club and its supporters. It recognises and respects the invaluable contribution the supporters make to the life of the Club. As such, the Club makes every effort to ensure that its policies and practices are open, accessible and communicated as effectively as possible with its supporters.
The Club will conduct an annual review of its customer charter and associated policies, and make changes as appropriate in line with the guidance from relevant governing bodies. Environmental Policy
Peterhead Football Club recognises that our activities inevitably have an impact on the environment. Consequently we are committed to a process of continual environmental improvement and pollution prevention.
It is the policy of Peterhead Football Club to minimise the potentially significant impacts the club has on the environment. We actively encourage the use of public transport, energy efficiency and promote waste minimisation and environmentally friendly waste disposal throughout the club and by our supporters. Read more...
Peterhead Football Club is working with UEFA, the SFA, the SFL and Give Racism the Red Card (Scotland) to eradicate unacceptable conduct at football matches. The club strongly support the anti- racism and anti-sectarianism initiatives and any Unacceptable Conduct will not be tolerated.
Anyone who indulges in Unacceptable Conduct or discriminatory behaviour will be banned from Balmoor Stadium and will be prohibited from obtaining tickets from the Club for away matches or matches at neutral venues. Unacceptable Conduct may also lead to criminal charges.
The following club policies relate to Unacceptable behaviour and anti-discrimination:-
Unacceptable Conduct Policy
Peterhead Football Club will not tolerate unacceptable conduct at Balmoor Stadium or at away football stadia. Should you witness examples of unacceptable conduct, do not hesitate to contact the nearest Steward or police officer to report the incident. Peterhead Football Club supporters are expected to abide by the Club’s Supporters Code of Conduct.
ANY PERSON ENGAGING IN UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT MAY BE SUBJECT TO ANY, OR A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Removal from the Stadium
- Suspension from attending Official Matches involving Peterhead Football Club
- Indefinite ban from attending Official Matches involving Peterhead Football Club
- Report to the police and possible criminal proceedings

Supporters Code of Conduct
The Club has consulted with our supporters club and communicated with them our policies and expectations for standards of behaviour from our own supporters and visiting supporters. The Supporters Code of conduct was drawn up together to make clear the standards expected and what will not be tolerated by the club. The club will ensure that the code of conduct is visibly displayed in the Stadium and will be printed in all match day programmes.
Peterhead Football Club has also established codes of conduct for all our officials, volunteers, coaches, young players and parents. Read more...
