Paul Jarvie
DoB: 14/06/1982
Signed from Inverurie Locos in Jul 2008.and has had to wait patiently for the chance to win a first team place. He proved something of a talisman though, as the side remained unbeaten during the first ten games of Paul’s tenure between the posts. He has experienced SPL football with Dundee United and has also played for Stenhousemuir (on loan), Clyde, and Torquay United.

Bobby Mann
DoB: 11/01/1974
Signed from Dundee Jan 2007. Club Captain Bobby Mann has reached cult status during his time at Balmoor. A burly central defender who shows strong leadership qualities and possesses a fearsome shot when it comes to set pieces. Bobby famously helped Caley Thistle into the SPL, but switched to Dundee before he could sample football at the top level.

David Donald
DoB: 09/11/1987
Signed from Aberdeen in Jul 2007, Davie has been Peterhead’s young Player of the Year for the past two seasons. Has shown a high level of consistency throughout his time at Balmoor, and was the only player to start every game last season. Earlier in his career, Davie became the youngest player to appear for Aberdeen’s first team when he played against Dundee in the final match of Steve Paterson’s reign as Dons boss.

Callum Macdonald
DoB: 31/05/1983
First arrived at Balmoor in Aug 2001 on loan from Dundee, returning to Dens Park at the end of the season forming a partnership with Bobby Mann. Callum returned to Peterhead in Dec 2006, and was re-united with Bobby the following month, to form one of the best defensive partnerships in the Second Division. Stood in as captain last season when Bobby was injured.

Stuart Smith
DoB: 06/07/1989
The Pitsligo loon signed from Aberdeen in Jan 2009, following two loan spells at Balmoor. Made his Peterhead bow against Ayr in Feb 2008 and proved a dependable left-back with the Blue Toon. His presence was sorely missed at the start of the 2008-09 season and Neale Cooper brought the youngster back on loan in Nov 2008 before the move was later made permanent.

Neil McVitie
DoB: 17/05/1989
Joined Peterhead on loan from Aberdeen in Jan 2008, and the move was made permanent at the end of that season. "Biscuits" is an all-action midfielder who hates to be beaten. Suffered from a number of injuries last season, and will be hoping for better luck this term.

A summer capture from Celtic, who can play in defence or midfield. Started his career with Aberdeen and won the Clydesdale Bank Rising Star award for Feb 2008. A move to Celtic followed, and his skill with the ball was demonstrated last season on Sky Sports’ Soccer AM show.

Former Aberdeen and Wigan Athletic player, Jon is comfortable in midfield or in central midfield and is looking forward to linking up with other former Pittodrie team mates at Balmoor. His sign was delayed with problems getting international release but made his debut coming on a substitute in the draw at home versus Stenhousemuir

Signed in the summer from East Fife, Dougie has returned to Balmoor for his third spell with the club. The popular player helped Peterhead reach Division 2 in season 04-05 and was instrumental when the club came so close to making it to Division 1 a year later.

DoB: 03/05/1984
Signed from Montrose in Jul 2005, Graeme has been entertaining fans with his displays on the wing ever since. Combines skill with a good work ethic, and has now played over 150 games for the Blue Toon. Scores a decent amount of goals, and was joint top goalscorer last season in SFL games with Martin Bavidge

Signed on loan from Aberdeen in Mar 2008, and a permanent addition to the squad four months later. With Aberdeen as a youngster, he was allowed to depart for Inverurie Locos, only to return to Pittodrie in Dec 2006. A young player who remains calm under pressure, and shows considerable composure in front of goal.

Martin is the current longest serving player at the club joining from Forfar Athletic costing Peterhead their record transfer fee in Jul 2003, but has proved a sound investment over the years. Has now played more than 200 times for the Blue Toon, and had scored 84 goals up to the end of last season.

Scott is in his second spell at Balmoor, having originally been signed by Iain Stewart in 2004. Scott managed an overall record of 28 goals in 72 appearances before moving to Montrose and eventually the Locos. His first season saw him finish top scorer last season.

Signed in Jul 2008 and was the first of last season’s Under-17 squad to make the breakthrough into the first team, making a couple of substitute appearances towards the end of the campaign. Scored against Queen of the South in the Under-17’s Scottish League Cup final, only for the Doonhamers to scrape through in a penalty shoot-out.

One of the bright prospects coming through the youth system at Peterhead under Natty Porters guidance. Paul has been on the subs bench but has yet to make his league debut, gave an impressive performance against Deveronvale in the recent friendly.
